Yes, we will be releasing more styles and products weekly! Be sure to follow us on Facebook or Instagram and enable notifications for sales and new arrivals!

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship Worldwide!

How long will it take to receive my order?

– United States: Orders usually ship within 2-5 business days from the date orders placed. Your order will arrive approximately 8-10 business days after it’s shipped.

– For Canada, England, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & other countries: please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as flood or typhoon. Please do note as well that custom inspections can be a factor during shipment.

MAY I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (5-7 days). Email: support@threadsdelight.com
with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.

HOW CAN I PAY?

We currently accept Stripe, PayPal and credit card payments!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I TYPE IN THE WRONG ADDRESS?

If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at support@threadsdelight.com & we will change it to the correct address if it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!

TAXES & DUTIES

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
